I had a wonderful experience here, everything was exceptional, the location was stunning close to the mountains in Boquete and the market and airport. The room was beautiful and relaxing, offered a private safe, multi-channel television, and coffee and tea making facilities. It offered outstanding service and outstanding food too. What's more, they had free Wi-Fi.

On the negative side, the rooms were not only outdated, but the amenities were worn out and out-dated. Moreover, some of the linens were of poor quality, and the heating system was inefficient, making the room too hot.

The service provided, from check-in to the waitstaff, is exceptional. I felt safe and well taken care of during my stay.
